​Kateland is an Alum of Memorial High School who left the area to pursue her B.A. in Public Health at The Johns Hopkins University and her M.A. in Social Work at Columbia University. Kateland is a LSW and hopes to be able to offer theraputic services at The Armory after obtaining her LISW in the next few years.

In her capacity as Licensed Social Worker, Kateland will lead support groups within the Armory. Moreover, she will lead the organization in creating a needs assessment to determine what resources are community needs the most. Finally, Kateland will be tasked with locating and applying for grants that will allow for us to increase our programing availability.

Richard is a liscensed teacher in both NY and OH and carried a M.A. in Education and Special Education from Fordham University. 

Angela is an Alum of Memorial High School and a local Veteran who served in the National Guard at The Armory. She is highly involved with the leadership at the American Legion Post 323 in St. Marys and has led various fundraising events for their organization.
